What has 10th Planet JJ done for me?

Well, let's see here. Beginning weight 382 lbs. w/ bmi 50%+. 365 days later without pills or surgery...170 lbs. Bmi 6-8%. After stepping up my ground game I still have a walking weight of 190. Two years of maintenance as of December. That's what 10th Planet did for me. How about you?

hey louis! congrats on your win bro! i have no local gyms in my area (an hour + half drive to closest one) but just watching instructionals have DEFINATLY improved my bjj knowledge coming from an american whos NEVER HEARD of UFC/MMA/BJJ back in 2007 when i FIRST HEARD of ufc/mma knowing nothing, im a giant sponge trying to catch up to the rest of the pack whos been doing this far longer than i have (i am a small sized person so im easy picked on, so ive had to learn self defense INCASE anything were to happen to me

Thank you Sir. I was interested in seeing how many people have had a life altering event take place attributed to 10th Planet. I know full well that a person's ability to self motivate is essential. However, I feel that without this particular style constantly pushing me to change my entire game, I would have simply given up. I guess I'm searching for others who it has seriously changed. Thank you for the compliment and I truly hope to visit 10th Planet Montreal someday soon.
