anybody have their gallbladder out? how has that impacted your training diet?

So I've been in the hospital since Thursday and just had my gallbladder out on Sunday. I'm off the mats for 30 days (which really sucks because that means no active participation at Eddie's seminar in Rochester. Suck...). I'm wondering if anyone else has had theirs out and if/how you've adjusted to any dietary restrictions. Specifically, I know fat is a problem and a lot of high protein non-chicken fare is high in fat. Any thoughts/suggestions/recipes/ideas? Thanks in advance fellow warriors!

    Gallbladder removed

I had my gallbladder removed in 2005, had 4 cage fights in 2006 and it didnt slow me down one bit. I really have not seen much of a change. My training is good as ever. The scars are almost completely invisible. The healthier you eat, the more of a solid bowel movement you will have. If you kill a Big Mac, fries and a Drink, it'l kill you on the pot. Almost instantly too. So get used to using public restrooms if you decide to eat fast food. Since the surgery is exactly right over your abdominal wall, give it the month before you hit the mat. The abs will be sore... You will gain it all back and not even lose a step.
