After 25 years I'm ready to try the "natural" anti inflamitory

So it's been 25 years since I smoked weed and I think I'm ready to give it another shot. When I was younger I smoked a few times but like many people I prefered the feeling I had after a couple of beers to the feeling I had after smoking weed. Now 25 years later at the age of 43 I find myself taking ibuprofen ALL the time as an anti inflamitory after a hard day of training. I have read that some types of weed are better for this than others and was wondering which ones I should use? Also I am considering buying a vaporizer and was wondering what you guys would recommend I buy and what they run?

    Hell yes my friend

If you can afford it, obviously the Volcano vaporizer is the best...however there ARE cheaper alternatives. My favourite vaporizer to use (I haven't got a Volcano) is the Vaporstar, but I think it's UK only!

You can go to your dispensary and ask them about what types to get, as they'll tell you a detailed description of each weed. Every one has a different mix of effects.

Cannabis helps, but a great natural anti inflammatory that has no legal issues or significant mental effects is gynostemma pentaphylum (jiao gu lan in mandarin).

RAs someone who smokes alot of pot, I have top say dont rely on weed alone to rid soreness. It help s but it is slow acting and really it just makes you forget about the pain. Omega 3 actually does a lot to reduce soreness and even cuts recovery time. I have a paper on it if you want details but just get some supplements and take them on the reg. For the record I dont have to take advil or any synthetic painkiller after practice because this, weed and stretching

Volcano and Vapor Bros. hands free vaporizers are the best in my opinion. Also focus on Indica strains for physical pain.

Tumeric is also a great anti inflammatory and you can take pills, or eat Indian Curry which is a delicious way to get rid of inflammation.
