10th Planet Black T Shirts, what's the deal?

I am curious is there a syllabus in 10th planet for grading, for example to be graded you must be able to perform (x) amount of moves, or is it based on time served or a combination of both, also is there any info available on this on the net.

I've seen non-black belts wearing a black shirt. Cant remember who, but I "seent" it!!

10th Planet Rochester had some but they weren't technically ranking shirts; they were black Team Empire shirts that had the 10th Planet logo on them (10PJJ Rochester was one of the very first Moons and the ranking-shirt-color thing hadn't really even started yet!). So yeah, there's a few pictures out there of 10th Planet Roc guys in black 10th Planet shirts - including me with Duane "Bang" Ludwig after a seminar. Eddie ribbed coach about how many black belts we had and we no longer have the black shirts with the logo. I still have mine but I don't wear it in public.

Yep, it was the very first 10PJJ shirt we made 4 years ago, I only think there was about 25-30 of them, All of our Empire shirts were black prior us affiliating and we just added the 10PJJ Rochester logo to them, prior to my knowledge of the rank shirts. My guys that have them know they aren't to wear them in public.

Gerald had black 10th planet shirts as well. I was wearing one when I visited 10th planet san fran and was kindly informed by prokopos of the rules
