Wrist is kind of non descript, if you want grip strength then like Dan said Towel Pull ups are fantastic.
You also have static hold such as hanging weighted from a bar or holding barbell/dumbells.

Then you have the forearm pulling type exercises like forearm curls.
Also Zottman curls are very good.

Also There was a wresler training with us a few months ago with incrediable grip strenght, the exercise he used was to take an olympic bar (20.4kg) and make a figure of 8 with it. (like paddling a kyack) until he couldn't hold it anymore.
I'v yet to try this myself but it sounds good.

Thanks for towel pull-up suggestion Dan. Going to incorporate that into my routine. That figure 8 with an olympic bar sounds very intrigueing as well. Let me know how you get on with it if you try it.

Irishsheep thanks for your ideas as well.

Rope climbing or rope rows with 3" rope works great for the grip, as well as plunging your hands into a bucket of rice and then opening/closing your fists.

Cheers Esham but I wasn't convined by the reviews of that product. Thanks anyway.

LOL shakeweight is not really for me I think!

The rope climbing idea is something cool. Might think about setting up something to climb it.

Thanks again everyone for your ideas.
