    Jiu Jitsu books for beginners

I am getting back into jiu jitsu after about a year layoff and I pretty much suck now. I have mastering the rubber guard and the twister but I want a beginner book to look at as a refresher course.

any books you guys know of?

That's right Brent and CDOUBLE2020. BIMA will be a future 10th Planet Affiliate and I'm happy that their are more and more Planets for us to train at.

By the way Brent, the correct annunciation is (shi-kahhhhhhh-go) make sure to go slightly, but not overly nasal, on the kahhhhh part.

if your back at the beginning, basically any book will do for at some point all moves intersect with each other its more a matter of HOW FAR ALONG will you learn it
