Sorry I was misunderstood, the point I was trying to make is that you can have all the belts you want, however if you are not emotionally trained or prepared for a savage violent attack that is not in a controlled environment there is a good chance you may loose, when the fight or flight adrenaline kicks in at 180 beats per minute and you thinking about triangles and arm bars you may have already lost the fight, usually., Thats if its even possible to remember how to do a triangle or arm bar under that kind of extreme pressure.
I have seen a few legit black belts in my time that have never even been in a real fight, but are under the false pretense that if a real fight had to kick off they would be fine.., which could not be further from the truth, as they have most likely been trained to do a take down and fight on the ground, which is the worst place in the world to be in a real fight, image rolling on the curb with glass and some dudes crazy girlfriend trying to stomp on your head with her high heels etc we just not trained for that, if you want that kind of training it would be best to look up Tony Blauer's spear system or look up Geoff Thompson as a supplement to your jiu jitsu...just a thought
