    You guys are welcome at Gracie 601 anytime you guys want to come in we do most in gi but Paul (instructor) is not strict and loves meeting new people, just leeting yall know.

    Thanks for the invite Ryan... I know Paul pretty well actually, he's a great & open-minded guy... I sent him some flyers for the Sean Bollinger Seminar in Pensacola This coming up weekend... You coming to that by chance?

    Yo dude, Im at the same level a you but one thing I noticed, is when your partner starts off on his arse grab both ankles and throw his legs towards his head giving you time to jump to side control, also he went for that toe lock when you obv had a broken toe, man that was a bit harsh

    Fishnet on your transition to truck, at least in your twister video. The calf crank video's truck transition didn't have the correct angle to fishnet, so that was fine. It's not that you're transitioning incorrectly, but fishnet is definitely the safest way to transition to truck.
