    cookie you started jiu jitsu the same time i did . jan of 2010. anyhow the way you take the back there is the same as in xguard when you go under his leg and kick them out from under him while grabbing his belt and pulling him down. Hey i don't really understand this spiral guard. How do you get to it. it seems to hard to get into

    the opponent can be either standing or in combat stance
    as soon as there close enough
    grab there ankle with your right hand( thats my strong side)
    my right leg hooks the inside of there right thigh and my left foot on there right hip

    you switch from ankle grab to a weird over hook grip( kinda like flexing your bicep)
    and you go inverted than a bunch of other stuff after

    its not as complicated as it looks
    read it carefully its easy and make sure you go inverted insted of just changing angels
    the guy doesnt need to step forward either

    im serious. i love bringing stuff to the gym that no one knows. i need all the advantages i can get. im the only x guard player and rubber guard player in my gym. so this right here looks interesting. is there any videos showing how and when to get into the position?

    When you have the flu or something similar, it is the body's reaction to the virus (creating white blood cells) that causes the symptoms that keep people in bed, not the actual virus itself. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure that if you're on antibiotics then your body is still under stress from that. Any physical exercise is simply going to push it over the edge. The body has only finite resources. More time off needed, or less cardio and more gentle rolling if you can't bear to stay away!
