so i was feeling great the whole time during warm ups and drilling
but as soon as i started to roll
i gas'd out super hard (puke status)
i took a week .5 off cause i had a flu
i've been eatting pretty clean
any suggestions to prevent this from happening again?
(i know its probally going to be just keep training but hey its worth a shot)
