Flexibility vs Strength which do you prefer?

First of all a 5 pound bucket of Barbeque is wonderful (only if you combine it with hamburger buns). Anyhow, I'm a weak guy I won't lie but I do rely on some flexibility. Boom in my half guard there is a carni do to my flexibility, boom shit like that happens when your flexible. Do you ever think about how we are a floating rock full of water orbiting a giant ball of fuck, i mean flame, through out space? No that's off subject. But no I rate my flexibility a 10/10 and it saves me when escapeing (or however you spell the damn shit) sorry for languareege. and it saves me when i escape mount. unless you rtalking about we roolingggggg with purple belts and above. then im fucke. (brandon mc is at purple but is not promoted yet) . anyhow. my strength is like a 4/10. So flexibility a 10/10 and strength a 4/10. hey. i believe strength could be more important but im not blessed like that. Be good Nibiru friends

I'm with ya. My flexibility is good but I'm weak with a bad back! You can also rely on good technique.

I think you need flexibility for sure. I have also found that you do need some strength or more likely a functional strength that can be used over and over again. No one give a shit about how much you bench, ya know. Doesn't translate in a roll or fight. So how do I go about it? Bulgarian bag workouts! Along with some monkey bars! Helps with the conditioning and provides resistance training along with tons of grip work. Ok so that was a long way to say both!

CARDIO! Good call. More important than both for sure if your talkin high competition. Mine sucks.

There has to be a balance with strength and flexibility. As long as you can handle your skeleton well, I would lean toward flexi as well. Strength that applies toward explosiveness is pretty damn useful though, so is a good squeeze.. Shit I dont know.

Anybody who cant appreciate good barbecue is a reh-tard.

This next guy probably hates barbecue..

Strength helps you stop subs and helps you sub them easier. Who cares if you can but both legs behind your head, when all you need to do is jump guard and kimura

Invisibility wouldn't be that good - you've never grappled blind folded?

I'd say that the ability to control spacetime would be pretty good, but I'd settle for a skeleton made of adamantium (ala Wolverine). Try and arm bar me now!!!!
