Yo guys, so I think I found a home... Well I'm almost sure I found a home... The gym is called Ultimate MMA training center. I talked to the owner today, I guess at some point he was training out of HQ in LA. It is funny how the world always seems to figure itself out and give me what I am looking for. I wanted to get into a gym that allows me to kinda get into the 10th Planet system, and this guy had been at HQ training. He seams cool and his gym times are crazy wide open.

He has some guys who earned some serious belts Im just not sure in what comp. they were in, I think they are going to NAGA in Dallas or something like that.

I just want to say thank you to all of you, I wish you all the best luck...

Yeah but it is shit like JuJutSu, and Karate. Then isn't anything that gets into BJJ... I looked him up and did a little bit of research, and even of the record isn't good, hopefully I can learn some stuff from rolling with guys in a good place.

welcome! And to that point yes be sure to stretch, and stay hydrated both before, after, and while you roll/spar. Stretch after you finish too, and when u get home (shower as soon as u finish too whether at the gym or right when u get home) ice any parts that may be sore/ache (knees, back, ankles).
