Well here is my opinion on the subject. I think the guy was a novice. I am not sure what he is doing in the ADCC trials but when the guy on the bottom grabbed his hands, instead of hand fighting like any average blue belt and above would do, he kept on pulling his wrist towards him self inviting first and foremost a triangle, or in this case, the guard guy pulled a double armbar. His stance and engagement on the feet were also white belt level, therefore I conclude that the guy was a novice.
