And look at the pictures in the book harder. Dont just kinda do it. Do it exactly like the pics and words tell you to. But from the looks of that, your definitely gonna need a coach.

Agreed, will do. I find that I learn through a variation of film, notes, and guidance.

I strongly recommend this if you plan on doing Jiu Jitsu long term.

DONE!!!!! Ha ha will be studying them where i can here and there.

I suggest getting with a blue belt if you can find one to train with or higher if you don't go to a school that teaches jiu jitsu.

I've been meeting with a few belts, and some Div I wrestlers too. It's tough given my schedule, and alot of instructors here don't quite believe in the 10th Planet System yet (my side goal it to show them it can work, and that if someone with little time can make headway imagine someone who can commit 30 hrs a week to it).
