Electric chair is my fav sweep...sort of reminds me of deep half. Just started pulling it off in training
So was that an accidental submission do you think? I'm concerned about actions that result in serious injury, like when not having time to tap. I thought that's the main problem with heel hooks??-->by the time you realize what's happening (feel or see anything) your knee gets destroyed. I'm not too worried about a triangle harming my training partner/opponent.
