I lifted today, had an energy drink. it was pretty much a cardio weightlifting session did circuits from pushups to situps to pullups to diamond pushups to dumbell rows repeat for 20 or 30 min then I did some resistance exercises didn't overdue the heaviness though.
then i ate 2 bowels of oatmeal and played some ball and hour later.
but I'm still feeling mad rage right now like I feel like running.
would that be too much?
and in general is it allright to lift weights and do cardio the same day?
