My wife used to call it " Suzuki" class and told me she would leave me if i got coliflour ear, now I got her to train with me so she calls it by it's name and asks me if I would leave her if she got coliflour ear! WTF?

I'm looking for a commercial space to open my school. The real estate guy says in one of our first conversations, "I spoke with the landlord, he's cool with a karate school". I explain to him in a cordial cool tone, the difference between Jiu Jitsu and Karate. I speak to him a week later: "Hey, how's Karate training going?". I remind him, in a laughing tone, that Karate and Jiu Jitsu are different, and give quick reasons why.

I meet the landlord (Jack), finally, weeks later. The agent introduces me. "This is Ian, he does Karate. Ian did you know Jack has done Karate for many years".
