It's a shame magic is so easy; it'd be so much more entertaining otherwise. I assume that's why it's so hard to make a living at -- because any clown with a spinning piece of silk can do Vegas-level act. Everybody always seems to know how everything is done; I always seem to be the dummy who marvels at how well an illusionist performs. I wish I had the depth of understanding about human perception to pull of such elaborate misdirections and I wish I were as good as everyone else at figuring out so quickly and easily how the tricks are done.
