    I stopped wearing them because I figure if I can use lockdown against someone in training without them, then I would only be better with them.

    I occasionally wear tights, but really only ever so often. I don't want to be dependent on it

    I wear 10th planet tights and hayabusa ankle sleeves together, but the tights are more for protection from skin conditions, and the sleeves are more for ankle and foot support. The sleeves definatly help with the lockdown though.

    I feel naked without my ankle sleeves now, and I started wearing knee tubes also. The sleeves help the most in my opinion. I really like them for butterfly guard also when the dude is standing and i catch him behind his knee.
