I'm happy to have had my 1st 10PJJ class at the Rochester school with Mr. Herzog & he's just as awesome in person as he is online (he's already a Youtube celebrity of course - repping the system like a champ). In addition to getting a great workout - it was extremely useful to witness just how to run a good 10PJJ class. The paths & drills we did were slick & detailed - its definitely a lot easier to understand the finer points this way rather than just re-watching Eddie's DVDs/reading his books for the umpteenth time. Most importantly it let me know just how much I need to step up my local (pre-hotbox) club training regimen if I want to hang with these guys next time I come out.
Thanks to all the friendly & talented guys that rolled with me. Thanks for the many arm triangles, electric chairs & arm-bars that I received. I'm going to be busting my ass down here in Fredonia, NY & look forward another great class soon!
