i think it was a really nice details as to how to position that left knee. maybe a weak ass version of the buttox compressor but it does keep both of your hands free.

BUT it goes without saying that if you're using the lockdown you should be moving a whipping as to never give the guy on top time to work something like that.

I don't really get it but I will have to play with that tonight. Why would the guy just release that foot and let you step back out of the lockdown?? I didn't see any pressure on that leg to force the guy to release?? I like the wrestlers pass (buttocks compressor) better I think.
