Over 25% of the performers from Wrestlemania VII have died (article)

This was sad to me since I grew up watching these guys.

I don't think it is simply roids. Pro body builders have average life expectancies, and are all juiced out of their mind.

It is sad, bro. I was a HUGE fan back in the day. Old school ECW was my shit. It's sad to see someone that dedicates their life to wrestling, and then it's gone. Wrestling is a cut throat business, and you can be fucked over anytime for any reason. When I heard that "The franchise" Shane Douglas was a manager at Target, or Mike Awesome being a car salesman, it saddened me. Yeah, maybe they should of had a backup plan though. Douglas did a lot of awesome stuff in wrestling, especially in ECW. ECW didn't make it into the main stream, but it def change the industry forever.

I couldn't believe when I heard Mike Awesome died. I never liked Shane Douglas' character so I wasn't a fan but that is sad.
