H This is a two part thread, title says it all. Myout out half guard lockdown game is by far my go to positon when I find myself on bottom. I recently drove out to 10th planet sherman for a session and michael west did alot of polishing on my whole game but the half and coccoon guards seemed to be my strong points.
As for my wrestling, its getting there but I'm no dan gable. My wrestling friends have been training out my bad habits and fixed my stance so I have more balance and this has been huge in making my grappling better. Please share your comments I would love to know what everyone excels at
