Lower back pain relief for CT JJ Practitioners

Before I begin I want to say that part of my injury may very well be due to inadequate lower back stretching before and after JJ practice. That being said sometimes a lower back injury is something that is unavoidable and can really slow down your JJ training. I've been suffering for about 6 months with chronic back pain and it finally reached a point where I couldn't take it anymore. I went to Valley Sports Physicians and Orthopedic Medicine and after one alignment I'm finally feeling relief. I've also been setup with physical therapy to help train other muscles to do more work so that my back isn't strained so much. Valley Sports Physicians is located in Avon, CT. I saw Dr. Boyer and it was great because he has trained JJ himself so he really understood the types of positions and strain my body goes through in training. For anyone in the central CT area who has been struggling with lower back pains I highly suggest Dr. Boyer or any of the other doctors at Valley Sports Physicians.
