why arent these attaching anymore? :/ I'm doing the same thing as I always did when it worked...hmm

The version for the bulletin board program has been updated, and it makes them hotlinks as soon as you paste the URL in.
If you want to post pics the way your used to do it before, now you need to use the BBL codes with [IMG] [/IMG] tags at each end of the picture URL, and paste the entire thing into a text file (Microsoft Notebook), then copy it from there and paste it onto the forum.
That will remove the hotlink.

LOL. What I am saying is this:

If you paste a URL now, of any kind, the chat board will automatically make it a hotlink. If it's a URL to a picture, it will still be a hotlink even if you put the [IMG] codes in [/IMG].

So:
Without the BBL img code, direct paste:
http://static.flickr.com/33/56733869_42f4fece4a_o.jpg

WITH the BBL img codes, directly pasted between img code tags:
[IMG]http://static.flickr.com/33/56733869_42f4fece4a_o.jpg[/IMG]

Doesn't work right?
But if I copy that second example, then paste it in windows notebook or some other text program that is not hyperlink friendly, then re-copy it again and past THAT version, it will work like this:




So you basically need to have a notepad TXT file open to do any image pasting. At least that's how I get around the hyperlinking.

Ya, i have a secret. i cant read. plus i gotta mac...so im on jupiter or something like that.
i tried, but I'm dumb. i need stick figures and shit. or maybe youtube.
problem with youtube is that when I start typing "youtube..." my browser tries to automatically finish my typing with youPORN. then I lose track of tiiime...and forget what i was gonna look up anyway. you know...it happens.
