I could go on and on with other examples but more importantly is I like fighting systems that teach very basic principles and rules. Underhooks are good, keep your hands up, chin down, check kicks... etc etc. Getting into punch interception, junk kicks, and other stuff just seems like gross mis-investment of training time.
