I have the elevation mask. It encourages you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. When you have the mask on it's hard to open your mouth which is cool since the main thing I don't like about the 02 trainer is the fact that you get used to breathing in through your mouth which can get you hurt in a fight. I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't already have top notch cardio though. if you can't run full blast on the treadmill while it's randomly adjusting the incline you can still make a ton of progress without either of these gizmos. Just bust that ass, there's no shortcuts fam-o.
