Dolce Diet is good. I think the hardest part is having the time to do it properly. And not cheating. I'm using a modified version. I give myself a cheat day. Depending on your weight, results do vary. I now walk around at 149 and no longer have to cut weight. I have more endurance too and less shoulder pain (not sure if its diet related but its true). I'm thinking of dropping to 135ish. I would be a beast there.
Cheat meals are awesome... They help keep your morale up, and it can actually spike your metabolism (or that's what the research says). The big thing is the morale boost, though. It's hard to eat strict all the time, and so easy to burn out.
