Myself, showing some techniques from full guard.
Hope some of you find this useful, I always show this stuff to my beginners and make sure they master this stuff before moving onto anything else, as posture is numero uno when in guard, breaking it is step 1 to having a great guard.
Will notice some of the stuff is what Eddie shows regularly.
