Someone mentioned "How can I improve my Grip strength?" Please share your ideas. Here are a list of thing that I do: Rock Climbing, Gymnastic Rings, Judo Gi training, Weight lifting and Heavy Grips http://www.heavygrips.com/ (These things are not your ordinary Big 5 grippers they range in lbs of force required to close from 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 350, I haven't even opened the 300 or 350 yet, I can only close the 250 about 3/4 of the way now. But when I 1st got them I couldn't even close the 200 more then once now I hit 7-10 times. I notice a huge difference now when I grab someones wrist. The other good brand of Heavy duty grips are called captains of crush but they are a little more pricey. Feel free to share.
