the thread title reminded me of the dream I had last night...
I got an award for "Best coach" on a tournament and I'd been there with 10th Planet Burbank. Funny stuff
As far as the actual topic goes I would have to stick to the instructors I know personally.
The teachings of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt Cade Nelson from HQ helped me probably the most on my recent trip. When Scott Epstein was here in Germany I picked up some very good detail from him. The year before I started to implement a lot of Erwann Marshall's stuff into my game. And there's always Eddie Bravo.
Sure, I can watch all the DVDs and great instructionals online, but for myself I find it much better at this point to be taught in person.
I doubt you'll know my muay thai instructors and I worked wrestling only for a handful of classes. But the instruction I got from Conor Heun and Amir Allam were very helpful.
