Isaiah,
Find a Joint Soother with Glucosamine, Chondroiton, and MSM; as these will help lubricate your joints. I personally use Shark Cartilage to help repair my Cartilage, but a combination of the following might help relieve pain and repair cartilage.
Omega-3 Fish Oil - Dosage: (between 1,000 and 1,360mg; 900 and 950 active EPA/DHA)
The best way to obtain Omega-3 fatty acids is from a rich and healthy diet; eating fish 2-3 times a week, but because most people don't, (or can't afford this) so we can use supplements to obtain these good, healthy, and essential fatty acids. Omega-3 can help support healthy joints, heart health, add an increase in energy, eliminate mercury, protect our immune system, regulate molecule production to protect joint health, circulatory health, and may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
Bromelain - Dosage: anywhere between 500-1,000mg (600GDU/gram)
Bormelain is a natural pineapple enzyme that can help in the aid of joints and help create joint comfort. It's also a natural pineapple enzyme that helps treat and care for your digestion.
Joint Soother - Dosage: Varies between brands.
A Joint Soother will help lubricate your joints, create flexibility, comfort, and will help your joints from the inside-out. Make sure it contains:
a) Glucosamine, as this will help nourish your cartilage and support joint relief, in lamen terms. It's also an amino sugar.
b) MSM. It relieves pain and inflammation.
c) Chondroitin is a huge part of your cartilage and will help repair and rebuild them as well as help treat arthritis.
1) These three combined can be pictured like this, forming a water barrier between your outer layer-joints and under your skin. Together they also promote lubrication for your joints.
Shark Cartilage - Dosage: Between 740mg and (at most) 4,440mg a day.
This is a natural source of many of the key nutrients necessary in rebuilding cartilage and is a anti-inflammatory that helps your joints and wounds heal and may prevent some cancers as well. It contains a natural source of Chondroitin Sulfate.
Other ways you can look into are wrapping your joints in moistured heat, as this will allow more comfort. Also, you will need alot of rest for the specific area.
Hope this helps and sorry to hear about your knee pain.
P.S.
In no way, shape, or form am I a doctor. I've just had alot of personal experience with similar symptoms you've described and work in a field to help aid people with similar problems; like yours.
