    Supplement for knee joints?

I've had problems with the knee of my left leg ever since i was young although it doesn't actually cause pain or anything everytime i bend it and extend something cracks/crackles. Also when my knee bends too much from pulling my leg back something pops a little. I've been more cautious lately and i was wondering if supplements could help strengthen my joints? I'm not really sure what i should do and surgery really isn't what i'm looking at, no point unless i actually feel pain which never has happened.

This is a little weird but i remember when i was little i tripped and scrapped my knee and i swear i think i pulled something out of my knee. It sounds so crazy that i'm not sure it really happened but i do have two scars on that knee soo maybe i pulled a bone out? haha

iv got the exact same thing going on.. except in my right knee. also, my ankle on my right foot crackles up to. its got some weird flexibility issue that explains why i always stumbled over the side of my right foot when i was walking as a youngen and why i cant do proper squates without my right foot pointing outwards and my heel coming off the ground. imo it must be genetic because iv had it ever since i can remember, i just didnt pay too much attention to it until i realized how lame it was.

i just stretch it out, look out for exercises that feel like they may help and yeah.. hope for the best. even if it is futile. im still healthy so whatever...
its pretty weird though. on my left side, my hip isnt as flexible or strong as my right, and yet on the right side, i have a stronger flexible hip but i may as well have a stump from the knee down lol.

For actual injuries, go to the doctor, duh.
For general soreness, something that feels like arthritis or fatigue, try fish oil capsules. You can find them at walmart these days. I think the gel capsules taste horrible, but most people don't notice.
I'm not aware of anything else outside of that, other than just take some days off.

Let me break the news. Until you stretch n stay mobile over that crackling/popping point it will not go away. My hip used to pop with a certain stretch so a my ankles while rolling them. After a few years of steady training/stretching it will subsided. I actually look for it now but my body no longer does it.
