Yea! I dislocated my shoulder 4 times before i gave in and had surgery. It hurts less each time you do it, by the 4th time you can carry on rolling straight after like a champ..... not the wisest for you body but who cares about that really

I did it a few years ago and once in highschool and the shit still bugs me. But not enough to stop rolling. Good days and bad days. Herb and liniment from thailand has been easing my troubles these days. Give it the time it needs so your not out of the game for a long time.

I suggest you watch Keith Owen's video about becoming a black belt and injury management. Don't get me wrong, I do the same crap all the time, but a week or 2 off of training will save you months of recovery in the long run. Do some leg and core workouts in the meantime!

I have a friend named Tom Mueller. His shoulder pops out pretty frequently and is still a champ @ tourneys. He even broke his foot one time and would still roll with it broken and in a cast. His theory is that while your babying your injury, You find new ways to win and it strengthens your weaknesses. Then again... he's a mutant.
