Unorthodox jiu jitsu vs Orthodox jiu jitsu.

Any advice on this matter? Mine is when going against a Unorthodox person to be very technical. Vice Versa.

When in doubt, pick up the pace and intensity. Guys fall apart under pressure.

in competition right? or in the gym too? If I can't beat someone going slower/weaker or at most matching their speed/strength, IMO I shouldn't beat them and take the opportunity to learn from it instead of blasting my way through their technique. I also always punish guys from trying to go way harder against me when they can't do it through technique, unless their better of course.

Yes do that too. But not every Unorthodox person is capable of being orthodox. I see it all the time.
