Brother and sister Nibirus, we're about to go to war for the first time as a team and rep the system. This is the first competition for many of us, including myself. Win or lose, it's going to be a hell of a time and a huge motivator to train hard/smart now and to train hard/smart after the competition.
I'm at a walking 149-152 right now and I've never ever cut weight before.
The two divisions I'm competing in are the Men's Nogi Beginner (any age) and the Men's Master's Nogi Beginner (age 30-39)

Any suggestions on what weight I should be on the weigh in since the men's and the men's master's divisions have different weight brackets?
