Hey guys just want to provoke a chat on te rubber guard. im getting misson control-new york just fine but at this point i find sum guys are pushin my knee to the mat n eventally passing.
i do squeeze like there is no tomorrow with my knees, my foot is on the hip, i understand if he puts his hand on my knee i have an asylum sweep n if im quick a triangle available, also i know i could use crak head control but is there any other simple technique im missing or is it a case of building my squeeze strength beteen my knees?
