    tell them to hug your leg and sprawl out that is the way I usually escape.

    Im still messed up from the locked down, but I still keep rolling even with the pain.. It hurst more when it is still sore. But hey no pain no gain. thats just how we roll.

    I think the pain becomes less noticable as time goes on. It sucks but nothing that isnt manageable. Babies.

    You can tell your training partners that they are free to tap anytime the pain becomes too much (just like any other technique). It sounds like your lockdown is nasty - so use it!

    Keep slapping it on fast and hard! "thats what she said" but yeah maybe look for better training parters/ instructors if they can't handle it.


    The only way you can improve your technique is to put in the reps
