My bad i should have been more specific.. I was actually talking about both of those things. First I "reverse fishnet" if you will (while they are still on there back, knees up).. and using that.. i pull the far leg towards me and push against them in attempt to flip them onto there knees. (at which point you would just continue as usual with the truck, proceeded by either rolling forward or pulling them onto you).. but usually they dont ACTUALLY flip onto their knees when you go for it.. instead they defend by turning towards you to prevent from you taking there back.. at which time you would wait until you feel a lot of resistance.. and then let go of the "reverse fishnet". This will usually cause the far leg to overcompensate and cross over for just a second or two.. but its plenty of time to acquire the actual fishnet or just peel their leg back and go straight into the truck.. I hope that made a little more sense that time.. its sometimes hard for me to write out exactly how i see something in my head :P
