Wow.. and it's not just a single.. but a deep single. He has one knee on the ground and he still hits it. Compared to the other flying omo single leg defenses I've seen, this one looks more versatile.

Its not a uncommon transition, I teach it off a deep single leg. Its part of our warms ups for our advanced class on Saturdays.
