Depends. If it's just muscle soreness, that dull kind of burning sensation, you can train on and be fine. That soreness is what most weightlifters and crossfitters have to deal with every day anyway.
If you've got sharp or stabbing pains within the muscles or joints, take a day off. Training will only make things worse, either more sore or causing actual injuries.
