I have some questions about it due to my flexibility issues I am a dominate wrestler and jiujitsu fighter against many of my opponents I do not go to gyms to practice I watch a lot of submission 101 videos and Eddie bravos YouTube seminars I cannot do the locust stretch very well especially without my hands and I cannot (yet) touch my knees to the floor during a butterfly stretch will this effect my rubber guard game? I can however touch each foot to the opposite shoulder and behind my head I can do the transitions in rubberguard like to jui claw and so on of what I know will I need very much more flexibility (I def think so) and in what areas? can anyone answer that
