    Injuries make you feel vulnerable, fragile, and mortal in so many ways. Good news is partial tares of the lcl can heal on their own. I came back 100% from the same symptoms. Took a frustrating minute though.

    That is good to hear.
    Question though: what is your definition of a "frustrating minute"? What time frame did you have for 100% recovery?

    2 to 3 months because I continued training light. As soon as it stops feelin loose and wobbly keep baby'n it for another month or so. The looseness without pain def leans toward ligament damage.
