recommendation for best knee brace while rolling

I injured my knee in a competition. It popped and now slips out of place from time to time.
Anybody have a recommendation for a good knee brace/supporter for rolling? I'm looking for something that gives me my confidence back and doesn't make it uncomfortable for myself or my rolling partner because its jabbing into him.

    Thanks fellas.

My brother used this when he had knee surgery for his meniscus.

A good wrap and tape job with a neoprene brace is better than any brace for rolling. I cant sit out either, even thats what you probly should be doin.

Thanks for the recommendation, and don't sweat it, I'm worried about how it happened, it just happened.
I'm not sure the meniscus type protection is what I'm looking for. I think it's more ligament type stuff.

Do you have an example of the taping I should be doing?

Ya I know I should be sitting out a little, but with the Eddie Bravo seminar in Spokane last weekend and the cruise next week, I'm good with just taking it easy, picking my positions, and tapping when I need to quickly.

I was in lockdown, there was a relaxed moment, and than the lockdown got tight. When the lockdown went tight my knee twisted and popped. It was weird because I have been in that position tons of times and I have really good flexibility. It happens.

What part of your knee is it? You can start with this, then find ways to make it support your injury more specifically.

Awesome, I'll look more into this video after work.
Specifically its hard to explain what part of the knee it is. It's not painful, it just is kind of loose and slips out of place. I think I hurt the ligaments on the outside of the knee a little. I am not sure that it is serious, but it has slowed me down both physically and mentally if that makes sense.
