Yep. What made me quit was a partially torn tendon in my knee.. You know when you are deep in a stance and is supposed to keep perfect form while moving from stance to stance, that hurts.. And when you are supposed to stand on line and throw up a left mawashi, right mawashi, left.. that pivot killed my knee, the reason I messed it up in the first place. But sparring is great, you develop heavy lowkicks, insane kicks all over, and it's a killer style!

"Insane" would be the correct description of the conditioning, yes, lol!
