Hey, I've been lurking here for awhile and decided it was time to join the forum. I have a basis in jui-jit but am currently training Kyokushin. I hope to start training jui-jitsu again in a couple of months.
I quit though, the katas and deep stances were killing my knees, I have a knee problem. In jiujitsu I can work around it, in kyoukushin I can't performs certain movements, which is kind of sad, it's a great style.
"Insane" would be the correct description of the conditioning, yes, lol!
