I too have a back problem. This happend not training.. but by picking up a freaking peace of paper..

It's on my lower back and sometimes I feel a sharp pain when sitting or walking. I went to a Chiro and they took some x-ray stuff.. so it turns out that my hip and spine have shifted.. humm. that would also explain my hip pains when stretching or kicking. So, I did take a leave of absence from training for about 3 weeks or so, taking Aleve helped a bit but not every day. Now this is the cool part I still went to the gym just to sit and watch and I saw the other world. I learned some other things that I could not see by training.. Now as you all can see I train but I always let my training partner know my injuries just in case.. - Matt "Gumby" if you can't roll now at least show up and watch you will still learn and most of all hang out with us...
