Thanks for posting. That last technique was crazy, I've got to try that. It seems like it would be hard to get that much grip with my toes but I guess I won't know until I try, seriously a sick sick move!
What really jumped out at me most in this series was the escaping the mount video. I was just drilling mount escapes this weekend. I felt like my mount escapes were pretty solid but Jeremy added some details that were new to me but look like they will really help.
a. Knee in the ass to get the move started post it there to keep the guy forward.
b. Moving the head out of the way.
c. I really liked the grip he prefers since it adds elbow pressure to help with the roll. It looks better than the overhook that I usually look for.
Question on b, I am not clear on how this helps - why do you move your head to the side?
