    No matter what type of stretches you do, think about this. Dedicate yourself to it and you will be the guy that gets there in 2 months. Put if off and you'll be the longer guy.

    It's just like training, it will improve quicker with the more effort you give. However, as with anything, over training is bad too, it's about finding that perfect mix!

    Frank's right. In fact, they've even got a type of Yoga where the room is like a sauna....it's pretty epic

    yeah thats what i invisioned in my head, didnt wana question my coaches word though. i think he might just be saying that so we wont be worried about going into deep stretches like a pyschology thing

    if you search the boards for the word "flexibility" you will find a hundred threads with great info in them, including some videos of eddie which are top notch

    being new to the art and in need of improved flexibility I was happy to see the helpful advice given in this thread. This morning I decided to put this into action. After I did my workout on the Elliptical I decided to stretch. I noticed a major improvements over what I was able to do in the past.
