I've been getting my lotus up to an hour now, I'm guessing you should be able to sit in it as long as you want with ease, right? I'm not sure:

I've been paying more attention to my stretching for the past couple of months, doing 5 x 1 minute butterfly stretch morning and evening, usually after a quick jog to warm up. Progress is sloooooowwww! Any supplements I can take to improve this?

If you're looking for more stretches I"d just start looking for hip stretches first thing (you can find a ton on the net). a lot of glute stretches naturaly resemble rubber gaurd style positions so that can't be bad.

I actualy did come across a supplyment just for flexibility on a site called "Yoga Body Naturals". I havn't tried it so I don't know anything about it but so far it's the only one I"ve seen.

Right now my biggest problem is that I seem to be waking up really stiff and a little sore. I havn't really changed my routine but now I seem to be pretty tight untill the next time I stretch... which is not good. Does anybody have any tips on what they do after their stretching routine they may help this?

dude, i wake up feeling stiff every day lol but once ive had breakfast and im 80% functional i play with my nuchucks for a good 5-10 minutes and im good to go. i usually just chill out on my laptop with a butterfly or hip stretches.
sometimes i can feel how far i can go safely without hurting something so i just keep pushing a little more every few minutes, eventually im stretched right out, no pain, no injury, just a simple way to lightly stretch without going for a run or something,
    im lazy like that
