i think i have thought up a couple new submissions, if any one wants to hear about them or inform me they have been done before i am always open to any feed back.
thanx in advanced (love some of the stuff u guys do here at 10th planet, yous guys is wut really opened my eyes to how fighting really blends with all techniques)

torture rack is a modified shoulder lock and throw-up is what it sounds like but with a little more control
